Brantley holds a M.S. degree in Real Estate from the University of St. Thomas and a B.S. degree in Finance from the University of Alabama. Brantley has over 1,000 hours of additional specialized appraisal education and 22 years of professional appraisal experience, acquired in a wide range of property types, and for varied purposes, including mortgage loans and eminent domain issues. Brantley holds the MAI, CCIM, and SRA professional appraisal designations and has qualified and testified on more than 100 occasions in various counties and in federal courts.
